This symbol is the “S” form, it connects all things and is throughout all Haida form lines.
The “S” form in predominant in Haida Form
line Design. If the “S” form was a word it would
be Love. As the “S” Form connects virtually all
our forms, and without it the overall design
wouldn’t exist. The sensuous curvy “S” forms
are also found in the architectural design of
the Rococo.
Love is the visceral connector of all humanity.

Haida Luv Lineguage was designed by Gina Mae Schubert a contemporary Haida artist from Old Massett Village, B. C. Haida Gwaii
They were developed in the spirit of the “Haida Gifting Economy” and the ancient Haida Language.
Form lines were selected from my original painting titled “Haida Luv Lineguage”
